Vanessa joined the team in 2017 and is a quiet powerhouse behind the scenes. Originally from Malaysia, she speaks eight languages—Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Bahasa Indonesian, and more—making her an invaluable translator for multilingual patients.

She brings warmth, professionalism, and kindness to everything she does. When she’s not assisting patients, she’s probably at the gym or crocheting a masterpiece.
