Jacinta is currently studying optometry at QUT and brings both enthusiasm and empathy to her role. After experiencing weeks of double vision from a viral infection, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges many patients face—fueling her commitment to clinical care.

At the practice, she’s often behind the scenes performing retinal scans and visual field testing, or helping patients choose frames that suit both face and lifestyle. She’s passionate about helping people feel seen and confident, especially children and older patients.

When she’s off the clock, Jacinta is likely scaling a bouldering wall, skateboarding, belting out tunes at karaoke, or taking photos with her camera in hand.
