Originally trained as an optometrist in Spain, Ainhoa brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to helping people see better. She has practised in both hospital settings and outreach programs in Africa—experiences that continue to shape her empathetic, patient-focused approach.

In the practice, Ainhoa is hands-on with everything from progressive lens fittings and frame adjustments to key diagnostic testing, including OCT, Optos imaging and visual field assessments. She’s passionate about delivering crisp, comfortable vision tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and visual needs.

Ainhoa loves being part of a team that values personal care. For her, the best moments are when a patient sees a real difference—and leaves with more confidence in their vision.

Outside of work, Ainhoa keeps active with running, surfing, and exploring the outdoors. Her favourite quote?
